Processing Times

Every order is prepared with extra care (and a little magic ✨).

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days
During busy moments, it may take a bit longer (3–5 days)
Product availability may update as orders process — things sell out fast!

Right now, we’re in a pre-order phase with our next batch shipping in the second week of December.
We’re almost fully booked — 94% of this drop is already reserved.

Some items may show a slightly longer processing time, and we’ll always note that on the product page.

Pre-Orders

When an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see the expected ship date on the product page.

A pre-order means:

You reserve your item before it comes back in stock
Full payment is taken upfront
You can cancel anytime before we ship — just message us!

It’s the easiest way to make sure your favourite doesn’t sell out again.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a cute little email from us with your tracking link.
If you ordered multiple items, they might travel in separate packages — you’ll get a tracking email for each one.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Our pre-order batch ships the second week of December, and once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.

We normally can’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
During very busy times, an item may sell out while your order is processing.
If that happens, we’ll cancel and refund you automatically.
